Terms

Epireon Capital's focus is sourcing and financing quality income producing real estate assets. Loan amounts currently range from $500,000 to $10.0 million each, with terms of up to 5 years.

Covenant information is an integral part of the underwriting process. While the quality of a covenant’s sponsorship may not ultimately discount a loan from being approved, it is imperative that all credit information on the Borrower and the Guarantor(s) be provided on each mortgage loan submitted for approval.

Trading Area

Currently applications are being accepted in southern and southwestern Ontario with particular interest in properties in the Greater Toronto Area, the Golden Horseshoe, Kitchener-Waterloo and London.

Fees

Fee amounts and structure depend on the loan type, complexity, risk profile and term. All fees are clearly set out on all Term Sheet and Mortgage Commitment documentation.
