Epireon Capital Advisors Limited, licensed by the Financial Services Commission of Ontario to administer mortgage investments, is responsible for issuing all mortgage loan servicing documentation, collecting all monthly mortgage payments due from Borrowers, remitting all monthly monthly payments to the investors, providing portfolio investment reports and T-5 forms and handling all collection and default management issues.
