Epireon Capital Advisors Limited (licensed as a Mortgage Administrator by the Financial Services Commission of Ontario License No.11299) has been contracted by Epireon Capital Limited to provide ongoing management expertise, portfolio administration and executive support.

Chuck Barrett, Warren McCann and Gary Kudlow are the Managing Directors of Epireon Capital Advisors Limited.

Chuck Barrett AMP - (FSCO Lic. M08004064) - Managing Director

Chuck Barrett brings 30 years of mortgage brokering (licensed in 1981) and lending experience to Epireon having underwritten, brokered and/or funded over $500 million of commercial, industrial and investment grade residential mortgages.

Prior to the incorporation of Epireon Capital Advisors, Chuck managed the day to day operation of Prime Plus Mortgage Trust, a publicly traded unit trust sponsored by Moss, Lawson & Co. Limited, including the underwriting and qualification of mortgage loans presented to Credit Committee for approval, risk assessment, legal and collection matters, investor reporting and portfolio administration.

Following the sale of Moss, Lawson & Co. Limited to HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc., Chuck incorporated and is a partner in the mortgage brokerage firm, Epireon Mortgage Capital Corporation (the Broker of Record for Epireon Capital Advisors Limited).

Warren McCann, MBA CA - Managing Director

Warren is a founding partner of Kudlow & McCann Chartered Accountants. His practice involves both personal and corporate taxation and his experience includes tax planning and advice to owner managed businesses, estate planning, cross-border taxation and structuring corporate financial transactions.

Warren received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1986 and obtained his MBA from The University of Windsor. He has completed the CICA in-depth tax program and is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation. In the community, Warren has served as Treasurer of The Rosedale-Moore Park Association and The Factory Theatre.

Gary Kudlow, BBA CA CPA - Managing Director

Gary is a founding partner of Kudlow & McCann Chartered Accountants. His practice involves both personal and corporate taxation and his experience includes tax planning and advice to owner managed businesses, estate planning and Canada/USA cross border taxation. Gary owns and manages commercial and investment grade residential real estate for his own account and has extensive experience in underwriting real estate for acquisition. His broad business skills and acumen combine to make him a valuable asset in qualifying mortgage investments offered to Epireon's investor clients.

Gary received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1985 and obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business in 1982. He obtained his United States Certified Public Accountant designation in 2006. Gary has completed the CICA in-depth tax program and is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation. In the community, Gary serves as a Board Member at the Canadian Actors Equity Tax Caucus and was a founding Board Member at Soul Pepper Theatre.
