Epireon’s Vision

Epireon Capital Limited is a privately held corporation in the business of lending money primarily on the security of real estate.

Acting for its own account, and in partnership with other lending entities, Epireon Capital underwrites loans in amounts of $500,000 to $10.0 million per transaction. Emphasis is given to mortgage loans on commercial, light industrial and investment grade residential real estate. In specific cases, and on a transaction by transaction basis, other types of real estate security may be considered.
